WELCOME TO OUR ASSOCATION

Audubon Trace Condominium Association, Inc.

Audubon Trace was built in nine phases, beginning in April 1984 and ending with the sale of the last unit in October 1987. The 237 units in our community range in size and configuration from 1,018 to 2,005 square feet of living space. Many of the two and three story single unit townhouses have garages and driveways.

The Victorian motif, set in spacious surroundings, provides our community with a special ambience. Our two private swimming pools, located on the north and south sides of the community, coupled with easy access to the tennis courts and outdoor track at the Jefferson Playground (adjacent to our community at the south entrance), provide ample opportunity for residents to enjoy the outdoors in a safe, pleasant environment.

Owners are fortunate to be close to a number of major arteries. Located anywhere from a half block to a mile and a half from our community are: River Road, Causeway Boulevard, Earhart Expressway, and Interstate 10. There is the added convenience of having a public service bus-stop right outside the north entrance and the Rosedale branch of the Jefferson Parish Library.

MISSION
Audubon Trace Community Association’s mission is to serve our community, property owners and residents who work together to maintain strong home values and promote the spirit of respect, caring community, family and friends. This will be done in a manner that provides for the maintenance of common facilities and services, and as a vehicle for the administration and enforcement of covenants and restrictions.

VISION
Audubon Trace Community envisions the ability to offer members a superior owner experience and high quality of life. A community of friendly, caring, and respectful neighbors, who cooperate with each other to uphold and grow the value of our properties and our family, friends, and community relationships.
